| A portion of the proceeds will be donated to
local organizations. Vendor terms: 1. The cost for is per 10 x 12 area: $65.00 fee for all street vendors. Non-profit agencies are $50.00. All fees are non-refundable. The event will be rain or shine. Checks are made payable to Your Local Concierge, send to 119 Franklin Avenue, Saranac Lake, NY 12983. 2. Return this form, copy of your liability insurance, copy of food permit (if required) and payment no later than July 20, 2011. Liability insurance – 2 copies one needs to name Village of Saranac Lake, 3 Main St. Saranac Lake, NY 12983 and one Your Local Concierge see address above. 3. The event organizers do not provide a tent for space for the vendor. It is the vendor’s obligation to provide any tables and chairs or equipment. 4. No vendors will be allowed to sell silly string or similar products during the event. 5. The vendor shall attend event and be open for business at the times during the following hours: 1pm to 7pm. 6. If you are selling food items, you are required to have a temporary Food Permit unless you are a non-profit agency selling baked goods. To obtain one is $30 and available at the local Health Department, 891-1800, 30 day lead time is preferred. We will need a copy of the permit prior to the event. 7. Breakdown and clean-up of Vendor site shall begin at 7:00 pm, not any earlier unless approved by event organizer and be completed by 8:00 PM on that day. 8. The Vendor shall be responsible for proper disposal of all waste. Carry in and carry out. 9. The Saranac Lake Block Party, Your Local Concierge, and the Village of Saranac Lake shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Vendor’s site or to its contents from any act or omission. By signing this agreement the Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Saranac Lake Block Party, Your Local Concierge, and the Village of Saranac Lake from and against any and all claims, including without limitation, all claims for personal injury or property damage arising from the conduct of any work or by or through any act or omission of The Saranac Lake Block Party, Your Local Concierge, and the Village of Saranac Lake and all costs, attorney fees, expenses and liabilities incurred in connection with any such claim or any action or proceeding brought as a result thereof.
